On 7p7, your betting history and full transaction records are available in two separate sections.

To view your betting history: After logging in, click the profile icon at the top right → select "Betting History". Here you can view the date, event, stake amount, odds, and result for each bet. Use the filters to sort by specific date, sports category, or bet status (Won / Lost / Pending).

To view your transaction history: Go to Profile → "Wallet" → "Transaction History". All deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and cashback are listed in separate rows. Each transaction shows a reference number, amount, payment method, and status (Completed / Processing / Cancelled).

This feature is even more convenient on the app — just tap the "History" button directly from the home screen. If anything looks unclear, contact Support with your reference number for a detailed explanation.

No — 7p7 strictly prohibits users under 18. This isn't just a policy statement; it is actively enforced to protect minors.

Age Verification at Registration: You must enter your date of birth on the registration form, and the system automatically calculates your age. If you are under 18, registration cannot be completed.

Also verified later: A national ID or birth registration certificate may be requested for large withdrawals or suspicious registrations. If an account was opened with false information and fails age verification, it will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be subject to review.

How to Participate: First, you need an account that is verified (KYC completed). You will receive a notification on the Promotions page or by email before the tournament begins. In most cases, no separate registration is required — simply place a bet on the specified market during the specified time and you are automatically entered.

Points calculation: Points are typically calculated based on total winnings, number of wins, or the number of bets placed above a specified odds threshold. Each tournament has its own rules — check the Promotions page for full details before you start.

Prizes: Top leaderboard finishers receive cash prizes, bonus credits, or special gifts. Prizes are typically distributed among the top 10–50 players and credited to accounts within 48 hours of the tournament ending.

Cancellation Policy: Players found to be abusing bonuses or displaying unusual betting patterns may be disqualified from tournaments.

7p7 typically charges no service fee on withdrawals — whatever you withdraw goes straight to your mobile banking account in full.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

By default on 7p7, Decimal Odds Decimal Odds format is used by default — it's the easiest to understand. You can switch to Fractional or American (Money Line) format anytime from Settings.

How to read Decimal Odds (e.g., 1.85):
Potential winnings = stake × odds
Example: ৳1,000 × 1.85 = ৳1,850 (total return including your stake)
That means your profit = ৳850.

How to read Fractional Odds (e.g. 3/2):
Profit = Stake × (Numerator ÷ Denominator)
Example: ৳1,000 × (3 ÷ 2) = ৳1,500 profit.

The higher the odds, the less likely the outcome — but the bigger the payout if you win. In live betting, odds change in real time — they may shift between the moment you click and the moment you confirm your bet. If you enable "Auto-accept odds changes," your bet will be confirmed even if the odds move slightly. If this option is off, you'll be prompted to confirm again whenever the odds change.

We will send an OTP to your old number to verify your identity before adding the new number. If you no longer have access to your old number, verification will be done using your National ID.
